Mr. Mao was appointed as an independent non-executive Director of the Company on June 4, 2026. Mr. Mao has more than 30 years of experiences in banking and finance. Mr. Mao worked in multiple banks from 1996 to 2010, including Citibank (China) Co., Ltd. Shanghai Branch (花旗銀行(中國)有限公司上海分行) from December 1996 to March 2005, Societe Generale Asia Limited from April 2005 to May 2007, the Deutsche Bank AG, Hong Kong Branch from May 2007 to July 2009, and Zhong De Securities Co., Ltd. (中德證券有限責任公司) from August 2009 to July 2010. He worked at Citigroup Global Markets Asia Limited as the managing director of Hong Kong Capital Markets Coverage, from July 2010 to July 2024. He has been serving as an independent director of China Life Insurance (Overseas) Company Limited since February 2025, and a panel member of the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Appeal Board of Hong Kong since October 2025. In addition, he has been serving as a director of Guangzhou EHolly Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. (廣州市易鴻智能裝備股份有限公司) since April 2026.

Mr. Mao obtained the dual bachelor’s degrees in management information systems and technology English from Tianjin University (天津大學) in the PRC in July 1993. He obtained a master’s degree in business administration from Fudan University (復旦大學) in the PRC in January 2003.
