工作职责：
1. 参与新产品支架的开发，及现有产品支架的优化，涉及产品包括主动脉，二尖瓣等；
2. 负责系统地对支架原材料、工艺研究，提出优化方案，提升支架关键性能；
3. 负责金属材料失效分析研究，查找失效原因，提出改善方案；
4. 按照体系要求，交付DHF/DMR相关输出；
5. 完成上级交代的其他事情。

岗位要求：
1、硕士及以上，金属材料相关专业，熟悉镍钛合金优先；
2、2年以上工作经验；
3、AutoCAD, Solidworks或其他三维设计软件；熟悉材料表征技术；
4、具备一定的英语能力，包括英语文献阅读、口语交流；熟练使用各种办公软件及设备；
5、较强的沟通技能和团队协作能力；工作逻辑清楚，善于思考问题，具备主动学习的能力；较强的责任心，注意细节。
