工作职责：
一、以手术为中心
1、手术质量控制，通过优化手术方案，提升独立术者手术能力和技巧来提升手术质量.
2、区域疑难病例术前讨论，输出手术方案，术中跟台，术后复盘；及时规范整理植入数据
二、区域内部人员能力提升
1、区域新入职六个月以内员工技术能力培训，
2、区域独立跟台人员的跟台过程指导、考核，帮忙区域销售人员提升专业技能；
三、协助医学部术者培养
1、承接区域独立术者培养计划，开展科室会等学术活动
2、配合专业教育部进行区域病例数据收集和管理
四、上级交给的其他任务

岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，医学相关专业优先，经验优秀者可放宽至大专；
2、1年以上销售工作经验，有医药医疗器械产品销售经验者优先；
3、较强的专业背景，洞察能力，市场开拓能力，学习能力，愿意在X射线环境中工作（有职业防护）；
4、出色的沟通协调能力和谈判技巧，熟练运用办公室软件；
工作地点：合肥、济南、昆明、南宁、西安、上海、石家庄、武汉、厦门、成都、郑州、武汉
