工作职责：
1、上市后产品质量管控，通过效率提升和方法优化等持续进行质量改善；
2、结合临床解剖结构，进行测试方法开发和验证，确保测试的有效性；
3、项目生命周期内关键质量特性的识别与分析，负责品质工作任务输出；
4、质量统计工具在研发产品的应用，持续进行质量改善；
5、研发项目质量管理，确保在设计定型前、设计定型、型检、设计验证和临床实验等无质量异常。

岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历；
2、本科相关工作经验7年及以上，硕士5年及以上；
3、熟悉产品设计开发流程质量控制及产品研发阶段测试需求；
4、具有较强的工作责任感及主动性，以及良好的沟通能力和逻辑分析能力。
